Resumen
This work is intended as a guide for the design of solar thermal tower plants based on a microchannel radial receiver refrigerated by a pressurised gas, and coupled to a supercritical CO2 power cycle. The work demonstrates the influence of the receiver configuration on the plant performance and investment costs.
