Resumen

With the presented microfluidic LoC-SERS device, it is possible to detect simultaneously the prodrug pyrazinamide (PZA) and its metabolite pyrazinoic acid (POA). Thus, our proposed detection scheme could be used for an indirect detection of PZA resistance in Mycobacteria tuberculosis culture supernatants.
