Resumen

A vector similarity measure under neutrosophic number environment was developed for rock slope stability assessments with multiple levels of attributes. This method does not require sophisticated modeling of slopes and the data demand is relatively low. It could serve as a quick preliminary method to identify the key influential parameters and the risk of natural hazards, such as rock slope failures.
