Resumen

This study sought to contribute to the improvement of the extraction, identification and quantification of the fatty acids component in Ganoderma lucidum spores in order to find simple and non-expensive tools for laboratory studies aiming at future applications, such as the easy comparison of lipids produced by different strains at diverse growth conditions.
