Resumen
The history of neoliberal political economy model in Colombia, showtheir impact on the development and transformation of economic, social andcultural rights of Colombians in the last two decades. Is concluding that theneoliberal model is not sustainable, and not generates respect for the rights ofColombians. This feflection was developed from an inductive methodology,through critical analysis of sources such as interviews, statistical reports ofgovernmental and non-governmental institutions, research articles in newspapers and magazines, books, chapters, documents and bibliographic databases on the Internet.
