Resumen

Nineteen years after the First World War,12 and just some years after the Great Depression,13 Professor Sutton (1937) writes from Oxford an article titled ?The Relation Between Economic Theory and Economic Policy? for The Economic Journal, where he expresses a conclusive criticism to the postulates presented by professor Robbins, who proposes four basic principles of every theory.
