Resumen
Con este documento se pretende, hacer énfasis en que se entienda que el Presupuesto no es lejano a nosotros. Por tanto, de la misma forma en que cuidamos nuestra situación económica y por lo general realizamos gastos en función de nuestros ingresos, así debe interesarnos la situación económica del país y el balance de sus ingresos y gastos, más aún cuando esos gastos redundan en bienestar de la población. Este es un trabajo de colectivo, inspirado en el objetivo de contribuir a que se conozca un poco más sobre el Presupuesto del Estado. Es el fruto de la labor realizada por todos aquellos que día a día contribuyen a que este instrumento se perfeccione como instrumento de las finanzas públicas de la nación; mención especial merece en este apartado el doctor Luis Francisco Suero, cuyos conocimientos han servido de base y guía para la materialización de este material.
