CHALLENGES IN PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AREA

Resumen

The Human Resources department?s performance has been the object of various researchers? interest, in search of an appropriate method to demonstrate the area?s influence in the business? results. In this study the authors investigated articles published in Brazil between 2005 and 2016 in order to know the alignment and differences in the several propositions in measurement and evaluation of HR initiatives. The method used was a bibliographical exploratory research and the results showed a lack of publication (only four) and based not in national experience, but citing international authors and publications.Keywords: Evaluation.
