Value Measurement and Capture of High-speed Rail Station Comprehensive Development through Cross-domain Bonus

Resumen

The paper believes that more attention should be paid to connect the high-speed railway and the development of the station area based on the completion of constructing the high-speed railway's backbones and frameworks. Therefore, We need capture the value and distribute the development value of regional development in high-speed railway station by taxes and comprehensive development guided by cross-domain bonus and through the mechanism of "LVC + TOD" in order to realize the coordinated development of high-speed railway and the city.
