In this anniversary issue of Atmósfera we include an excellent revision of the literature on chlorine in the stratosphere prepared by Thomas von Clarmann, who is a senior researcher and head of the Satellite-Borne Remote Sensing of Trace Gases group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
