AVALIAÇÃO DOS ÍNDICES DE VEGETAÇÃO NDVI, SR E TVI NA DISCRIMINAÇÃO DE FITOFISIONOMIAS DOS AMBIENTES DO PANTANAL DE CÁCERES/MT

http://dx.doi.org/10.5902/1980509815729Este artigo faz uma comparação dos índices de vegetação Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Simple Ratio (SR) e Transformed Vegetation Index (TVI), na discriminação das fitofisionomias de três ambientes do Pantanal de Cáceres, Mato Grosso, considerando a sazonalidade (períodos seco e úmido). As imagens utilizadas foram as do satélite Landsat TM 5, do ano de 2009 (período seco) e de 2010 (período úmido). As análises mostraram que o NDVI apresentou melhor desempenho em relação ao SR e TVI para os diferentes ambientes.
