Resumen

Nowadays, one of the main functions of logistics is material flow distribution from the producer to the final consumer. Modern scientific methods and models pay attention to numerous tasks at different stages of the logistics system. But, simultaneously, the efficiency of interaction of logistics systems is considered in isolated form not taking into consideration the problems of improving the efficiency of the whole society. Meanwhile, there is a connection between the expenses of trade organizations, industrial enterprises and consumers. This leads to the need to take into account the consumer?s component in the logistics system. The development of logistics approach based on consumer?s profit-loss opens new opportunities to improve the service and the efficiency of the logistics system. Influence of consumer on the efficiency of functioning of logistics system is examined in the article; interaction of logistics system and consumer is defined; prerequisites that determine the need to take into account consumers in the design of logistics systems are disclosed; models that allow determining the integrated effectiveness of their interaction are proposed.
