Studi Perbandingan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kerja Tim, Kultur Organisasi, dan Intensi Berwirausaha pada Pegawai Lembaga Pemasyarakatan A, B dan C

Resumen

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan terus berupayamencapai visi, misi dan tujuan dalam memberikan pembinaan bagi narapidana, akan tetapi seringkali upaya tersebut terkendala permasalahan di lapangan, sehingga memerlukan peranan pegawai di setiap unit kerja. Persoalan yang diangkat adalah apakah faktor kepemimpinan, kekompakan tim, budaya kerja dan kemampuan berwirausaha atau intensitas berwirausaha pada setiap tingkatan jabatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap upaya mancapai visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi komparasi yang melibatkan tiga lembaga pemasyarakatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) ver. 17.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji komparasi persepsi gaya kepemimpinan, persepsi kerja tim, persepsi kultur organisasi dan intensi berwirausaha pegawai lembaga pemasyarakatan A, B dan C yang memperlihatkan bahwa perbedaan yang signifikan dengan nilai tinggi berada pada Lapas C, nilai ini diperlihatkan oleh nilai tengah atau mean dari lima jawaban skala Likert, sehingga nilai yang jauh di atas angka 2,5 merupakan nilai yang tinggi. Ini berarti bahwa lapas C akan mampu dengan mudah mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan lembaga pemasyarakatan dibandingkan Lapas A dan B. Prisons organization continuesfor striving to achieve the vision, mission, and goals in providing guidance for the inmates, but often these efforts hampered by problems in the field, so it takes the role of employees in each work unit. The issue raised is whether the factor of leadership, teamwork, work culture and entrepreneurship skills or intensity of entrepreneurship at every level of position has an influence on the efforts to achieving the vision, mission and goals of the organization. This research is a comparative study involving three prisons organization. The method applied is a quantitative method by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) ver. 17.0 for windows. The results of comparison test perceptions of leadership style, perception of teamwork, perceptions of organizational culture and intentions entrepreneurial employee?s correctional institution A, B and C, which showed that a significant difference in the high value that are in prisons C, these values are shown by the mean or the mean of five Likert response scale, so the value is well above the 2.5 is a high value. This meant that prisons C will be able to easily reach the vision, mission and objectives of Prisons organization than A and B.
