Questa breve nota introduce l'attuale numero della rivista, con l'obiettivo di aprire un dibattito sull'Europa dopo la Brexit. Anche se molti hanno visto l'euro come un passo verso l'integrazione politica, ora c'è confusione e incertezza riguardo agli obiettivi e agli obiettivi finali dell'UE. L'aumento dell'ostilità popolare contro l'UE rende attuale l'assetto con cui dovremo vivere per un po ', prima che le modifiche al trattato siano nuovamente possibili. Ahimè, l'attuale assetto è un'unione composta da paesi sovrani che competono sotto regole comuni, piuttosto che cooperare sotto accordi flessibili.This short note introduces the current issueof the Review, with the aim of opening a debate on Europe after the Brexit. Even if many saw the euro as a step towards political integration, there is now confusion and uncertainty over the final aims and objectives of the EU. Increasing popular hostility against the EU makes the current set-up one with which we will have to live for a while, before Treaty changes will be possible again.
