Resumen

This research gives a proposal for a model of working environment monitoring in a smart manufacturing system, based on wireless sensor technologies and the MQTT (message queuing telemetry transport) protocol, and a design for a testing platform. The testing platform can be used for model validation, prototype application development, and student teaching in the engineering education process.
