Resumen
The methodology described in this paper may be used, and will be used by the authors of this and related works, to (1) examine the influence of various factors, including the shape of the bouton and its neurotransmitter synthesis domains as well as the release sites and various organelles, on the course of the nerve impulse. And, vice versa, (2) to detect some abnormalities in the composition o the synapse basing on the shape of its electrical output.
