T? khóa: chu?i giá tr?, ti?u ngành lúa gao, t? ch?c l?i s?n xu?t, giá tr? gia tang Abtract: This paper presents an overview of the current status of rice value chain in Ha Tinh province and gives orientations as well as solutions to develop the value chain-based rice sub-sector. Rice cultivation in Ha Tinh province, representing small scale rice production across the country, is characterized by small plots of land, scattered household farming, small scale production that does not meet the demand for mechanization and modernization; weakness in agro-product processing; lack of linkages between production, processing and markets, etc. Value chain linkage is a comprehensive solution to address the weaknesses, thus contributing to improving the efficiency of the sub-sector, bringing values added for the chain actors, especially farmers. Based on the collected data, the paper recommends a number of key solutions to the development of rice value chain in the context of Ha Tinh province.
