Resumen

Procedural problems of justification of the intelligent choice of corrosion protection measures at the design stage are considered in the given work. The paper is aimed at formulating principles of economic management of corrosion protection measures efficiency based on risk assessment according to corrosion hazard criteria. Application of the corrosion risk criterion gives an opportunity to make the economic justification of the requirements to the choice of the primary and secondary protection design characteristics.
