Abstract
The integration of information systems, technology, business processes and users in public sector environment is involved in the Information System Architecture (ISA). It takes into account specific aspects of the public sector as well characteristics of cybernetic systems development and use in this sector found in the literature and in studies undertaken in cybernetic services of the Brazilian public enterprises. The model proposed was structured with five components: Government structure; Public services; Information systems; Information Technology and Users. Model was submitted to validation from the Computing Services of Brazilian public enterprises. Results point out the relevance of an integrated vision of their components and establish strategies for implantation of ISA model with due consideration of the specificity of the public sectorDownloads
