Resumen

The effectiveness of market players is one of the basic evaluation criteria. Only a well-functioning company has the chance to survive and grow. Transport companies, due to their specificity and market conditions, have to strive for permanent development and increase the efficiency of their actions. Strategic analysis is a tool for formulating effective actions. Strategic choices made as a result of strategic analysis create solutions that focus on growth and efficiency.
