Method for measuring the digital maturity of a regional doctor's appointment system based on a reference service model

Resumen

The article presents the results of developing a service model for a regional doctor's appointment system and a method for measuring the digital maturity of a doctor's appointment system based on it. To measure digital maturity, an integral index is proposed as a function of evaluating the compliance of the doctor's appointment system with the proposed reference service model and the volume indicators of digital technology implementation in structural divisions. The proposed integrated index, along with standardized performance indicators, allows us to assess the compliance of the regional system with the approved requirements and growing expectations of citizens, build a system for managing the digital transformation of one of the health services, and objectively compare the level of different regions of Russia.
