Abstract
In the public sector, the Internet has been intended approach the people to the public services. So, new exigencies are presented to the public sector as: services by Internet and information transparence. Therefore, the information needs to be presented in sites with organization and criteria. To attending this new way to present services, it becomes necessary to create an information structure that involves the cities structure: administration; financial; law; sport; culture; education; social assistance and others as well aspects related to citizens. In this scenary, this paper approaches the development of cities sites with the combination between ergonomic criteria and citizens.
