Factors for Effective Repair & Maintenance Services in Housing Industry

Resumen

Most residents of high-rise housing do not realise the importance of proper building management until their physical buildings and common facilities have deteriorated. This paper aims to identify factors for effective repair and maintenance services in a housing setting. This study used systematic literature review method and analysed through content analysis techniques with peer-reviewed journal articles. Results include potential factors for effective repair and maintenance services in high-rise housing. This study contributes in giving valuable reference to the property management companies managing such house to consider the factors for effective repair and maintenance for quality and sustainability of the building.
