JOB SATISFACTION ARTICLES - COMPARISON UPON SELECTED CRITERIA

Resumen

Although the concept of job satisfaction has been explored and analyzed in numerous studies, it can be noticed that this concept has been studied in various ways. For this reason, the subject of research in this paper is a set of different scientific articles with topic related to job satisfaction. As the basic aim of this paper is to gain insight into the concept of job satisfaction, a research was carried out on a convenience sample of scientific articles. The results show that authors use different approaches when defining, studying and evaluating job satisfaction in their research. As a result, different methodologies, job satisfaction factors and scales designed for the assessment of job satisfaction can be found in existing literature.
