PENGARUH LAJU PERTUMBUHAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI, INVESTASI, DAN UPAH TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA SEKTOR INDUSTRI DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 1980-2011

Resumen

Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Industrialisasi merupakan sebuah upaya guna meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga manusia dengandisertai upaya untuk memperluas ruang lingkup kegiatan usaha. Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah industrimemberikan kontribusi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, akan tetapi pada tahun 2011 jumlahpengangguran di Jawa Tengah paling tinggi dibandingkan provinsi-provinsi lain di Pulau Jawa.Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri adalahpertumbuhan sektor industri, investasi dan upah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuigambaran umum dan pengaruh pertumbuhan sektor industri, investasi dan upah terhadappenyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakananalisis regresi linear berganda.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan sektor industri menunjukkantren yang semakin menurun sedangkan investasi, upah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industrimenunjukkan tren yang semakin meningkat, laju pertumbuhan sektor industri tidak berpengaruhterhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri, sedangkan investasi dan upah berpengaruhterhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Jawa Tengah.Abstract___________________________________________________________________Industrialization is an attempt to improve the productivity of human labor, accompanied by efforts to expandthe scope of business activities. In Central Java industry contributes to employment, but in 2011 the number ofunemployed in the province of Central Java high compared to most other provinces in Java. The factors thataffect employment growth in the industrial sector is the industrial sector, investment and wages. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the general description and the influence of industrial sector growth, investmentand wages on employment in the industrial sector of Central Java. Study analyzed using multiple linearregression analysis.The conclusion of this study showed that the growth of the industrial sector showed a decreasing trend, whileinvestment, wages and employment sector showed an increasing trend, the rate of growth of the industrial sectordoes not affect the employment sector, while the investment and wage affect the absorption labor sector inCentral Java.
