Resumen

This article is about traffic management in a Smart City. The need to ensure the functioning and sustainable development of cities in the face of growth and diversification of traffic flows leads city authorities around the world to realize the need for transport and traffic management systems. The management systems available at the level of individual transport companies are no longer sufficient. City services should have access to all transport data, not only in reporting mode, but also in management mode. The city should be able, if necessary, to prioritize traffic, redirect traffic, etc. In this case, we are talking about all vehicles in the city, including modern scooters and drones. One of the earliest solutions in this area is the Open Mobility Foundation standard, which is being actively implemented in the United States and some European cities.
