Resumen

The article sets out the criteria and evaluates the quality of life of employees in industrial parks (IPs) in the North Central region. The survey results based on the evaluation criteria show that the income of employees in the industrial park (2018) is 1.1 times higher than the average income of the whole country; however, the material life is still difficult with a large number of employees having to rent houses for their accommodation. There is about 60% of employees in industrial parks, economic zones in the North Central region having needs for accommodation. In addition, spiritual life is also facing many difficulties due to low income, long working time and lack of cultural facilities in the area where employees are staying, which affects the quality of life. The author also proposes a number of solutions for enterprises and provinces in which industrial parks are located to ensure the quality of life for employees, improve production efficiency and social stability for these areas.
