La propriété familiale, structure et performance sociale et environnementale des PME familiales camerounaises

Resumen

L?objet de ce papier est d?expliquer la performance (sociale et environnementale) afin de déterminer si la propriété familiale et la structure des PME familiales influencent leur performance sociale et environnementale. L?étude s?appuie sur une enquête par questionnaire menée auprès d?un échantillon de 67 PME. L?atteinte de nos objectifs passe par une analyse factorielle, le test d?indépendance du Khi-deux et de la régression logistique. Ces analyses nous ont permis de déterminer que la propriété familiale exerce une influence positive et significative sur la performance sociale et environnementale, la structure des PME influence positivement et significativement la performance environnementale et sans effet sur la performance sociale.
