Resumen

Inhibition of Tdp1 has the potential to increase the potency of the anticancer drugs topotecan and irinotecan, topoisomerase 1 poisons. Furthermore, Tdp1 inhibitors can facilitate the therapeutic use of these drugs in other cancer types.
