Resumen

Clear Water Dives is an expatriate-owned Dive Resort located off the coast of Central America. This case study provides students with an opportunity to assume the role of the new resort owners who are in the process of undertaking a strategic audit of the external factors that will be influential on the resorts operations in the next five years. With an emphasis on the cultural and ecological diversity of the region, the case challenges students to consider sustainable eco-tourism factors in the SWOT analysis.
