Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el potencial de diversificación de la matriz energética del Centro Nacional deElectromagnetismo Aplicado (CNEA). Esta evaluación se realizó a través de tres pasos. En el primer paso, se determinó lademanda de electricidad del CNEA, la factura eléctrica fue la fuente de información. En el segundo paso, se identificaron losposibles emplazamientos, para la instalación de paneles solares. En el tercer paso, se calculó el porcentaje de la demanda deenergía eléctrica del CNEA que podría ser cubierto por la generación que se lograría con estos paneles fotovoltaicos. Comoresultado, se identificaron cinco ubicaciones posibles, todas en el techo del CNEA. Con la propuesta se podría cubrir el 100%de la demanda de energía eléctrica del centro. Se recomendó continuar el estudio técnico-económico con el fin de presentar unproyecto para la búsqueda de financiación.The objective of this work is to evaluate the potential for diversification of the energy matrix for the National AppliedElectromagnetism Center (CNEA). This evaluation was carried out through three steps. In the first step, the electricity demandof the CNEA was determined, the electric bill was the source of information. In the second step, the possible sites for the solarpanels installation were identified. In the third step, the percentage of CNEA's electric power demand that could be covered bythe generation, having into account these photovoltaic panels was calculated. As a result, five possible locations wereidentified, all on the CNEA roof. It could be cover the 100% of the demand for electricity in the center with the proposal. It wasrecommended to continue with the technical-economic study in order to present a project to search for financing.
