Resumen

Coal is a popular resource for gaining primary energy in Poland. The private consumers sector is about 17% of the total annual consumption of hard coal. The reason for such popularity lies in the historical background as well as the specialization of Poland in the extraction of hard coal and lignite. In recent times, the most popular product among private consumers sector is the bagged charcoal called ?Ekogroszek?. The way of packaging and transporting of carbon products has considerably changed in the methods of coal distribution in private consumers sector. The below-mentioned clients take part in the retail competition: local producers, foreign importers, as well as realtors and private entrepreneurs who provide coal in the Poland.
