Resumen

Experiments in solid state fermentation (SSF) were performed, whose results using sugarcane bagasse, finely comminuted, without prior treatment, was able to sustain the growth of A. awamori and induce the production of 155 U/mL of endo-xylanase and 3.3 U/mL of "-xilosidase. The electrophoretic conditions denaturants chromatography identifi ed the presence of 3 isoenzymes with the following molecular weights: 31, 51.4 and 55 kDa, confi rmed by zimograma.
