Spatial configuration geometrical quality house in a given project

Daniel das Neves Martins (Author)

Resumen

The geometrical quality house aims at a dialogue among the main actors involved in the housing production process, namely, the client, the architect and the developer/entrepreneur, on the one hand, and the project solution quality evaluation, on the other. It eases the determining geometrical variables assessment in the design?s solutions (area of the geometrical figures representing the environment; geometrical figures perimeter) regarding the client?s demands. This is undertaken according to the targeted design and to the control indexes, developed by a model determining the geometrical solution quality and computerized through geometrical quality house. The advantages of using such tools are related to the quality values demanded by the client for the house?s layout development at the project's initial phase, and to the design embodiment solution quality.
