Resumen

In this paper the influence of rate of breaking up of train sets on conditions of uncoupling the train cuts and the number of cars, which need repeated marshalling due to their non-separation on hump switches, is investigated. A computation procedure for the processing capacity of marshalling hump yards is improved.
