PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Resumen

The development of national and international strategic environment facing today and in the future require a paradigm change in the institutional system updates, enhancing the competence of human resources in education and development of the nation as well as the relations between nations that lead to the implementation of good leadership. This study was conducted to determine the significance: 1). The influence of leadership on motivation, 2). The influence of organizational culture on the motivation, 3). Leadership effects on performance 4). The influence of organizational culture on performance, 5). Motivational influence on the performance of lecturers. Data was collected using sampling methods total population. Data analysis was performed through the analysis of research instrument that includes testing the validity of using the product moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach alpah techniques, hypothesis testing include path analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2), ttest,  Ftest and correlation analysis. The results of this study will prove that: 1). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the motivation, 2). Organizational culture has an influence in a positive but not significant to motivation, 3). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance and 4). Cultural organizations have influence in a positive way and not significant to the performance, 5). Motivation has a positive effect full peripheral is not significant to the performance of lecturers.Keywords: leadership, organizational culture, motivation, performance
