Resumen

Because of the significant growth that the Spanish organic vineyard sector is experiencing, this paper?s objective is to analyze and describe potential international markets for the exportation of organic wine. The methodology followed classifies the potential international markets for exportation in accordance with secondary data concerning the countries participating in this research, specific variables relating to the product under study and the use of statistical quality filters. The different types of quantitative variables that influence consumption are studied using k-median clustering analysis.
