Resumen

The work presented in this paper can be utilized by distribution system operators (DSO) in real-time operation planning and grid management on low-voltage (LV) level. The proposed techniques help in the effective usage of averaged annual consumptions (AAC) and standard load profiles (SLP) and may provide guidance on proper meter placement in relation to state estimation.
