USING ECONOMETRIC MODEL TO RESEARCH THE FACTORS AFFECT NON-AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYMENT OF RURAL WORKER IN BINH DINH PROVINCE

Resumen

Using survey data of 267 non-agricultural workers in rural areas of Binh Dinh province, the research uses quantitative analysis by using Probit model. The research results have shown that the correctly forecasting probability of the model is 82.56%, there are 9 factors explain for the participate in non-agricultural employment of worker and the degree of effect of these factors is different. The research has shown that: the freetime after harvest, cooperation and apprentices are 3 factors which have the greatest effect on the ability to participate in non-agricultural employment of worker in the region. Based on the research results, this article proposes the mainly measures aimed create non-agricultural employment job opportunities for rural worker in Binh Dinh province for the next time.
