Resumen

Purpose of research under consideration ? development of standardized technique of identification of ?cement alkali-aggregate silica? reaction based on serial experimental analysis of materials provisional compatibility for concrete mix preparation. Result of research should be modernization of current technique of accelerated testing aiming to evaluate potential capacity of reaction between aggregates and alkalies contained in portland cement by setting up additional parameter of concrete mix quality control. Within this research the authors (i) analyzed compatibility of certain materials used for construction of roads and fabrication of transport structures, (ii) developed (on the basis of two-factor experiment) the mathematical model of concrete internal corrosion process and (iii) performed response function computation. Use of research results will allow to completely or partially exclude the probability of concrete internal corrosion initiation at the stage of concrete mixes development and thus improve (i) structures quality and durability and (ii) safety of city transport infrastructure.
